Broccoli and cheese soup
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 each 2-10oz bags of frozen broccoli
2 can cream of mushroom soup
4 cup milk
7 oz Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp salt and pepper

Saute onion in the butter.
Boil or steam the broccoli, then chop.
Mix all ingredients in a large pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Soup is done when its all blended and broccoli is tender!
